Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Notice of Foreclosure after Chapter 13 filed
A law office for the mortgage company has given us notice of foreclosure on our house (two months behind). We can become current within the next six weeks. Are there any other options available besides filling for Chapter 13 again? Is filing again an option?

Unfortunately, filing again is the only SURE way to prevent the foreclosure. You can file another chapter 13, especially if you have only filed once before. Please feel free to give me a call to discuss your situation in more detail. ph. (214) 637-0713
