Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Do I keep paying on debts after I file Chapter 7?
I am not an attorney and have filed Chapter 7 Pro Se. I owe back taxes to US. Do I continue to pay the monthly statement (bill) during the time the bankruptcy is still in court or is this also on hold?

The tax debt is also suspended during bankruptcy under chapter 7. You can keep paying it if you want to but you certainly do not have to.
