POOR STARVING STUDENT AND SINGLE MOM

I need to know if getting future federal student loans would be affected if I have to declare bankruptcy???

Student Loans After Bankruptcy

11 U.S.C. 525 (c)(1) provides that government programs which guarantee student loans may not deny a loan or loan guarantee to a person because s/he has been a debtor in a bankruptcy proceeding.
