Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
I received long term disability benefits of almost $3000 from July 2011 to September 2011 and I am filing for bankruptcy. I believe that in future that I will be asked to pay back the disability benefits. Can I include the company that I received the long term disability benefits from as a creditor in my bankruptcy?
