Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
I recently filed chapter 7 and had my 341 meeting of creditors, One of my creditors which was a revolving line of credit, I had purchased a motorcycle on was included in the chapter 7 and was listed as an unsecured debt and they did not show to dispute the filing. My question is, I do not possess the title for the motorcycle and since it was listed as unsecure, how do I obtain the title?
