Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Re-filing of BK from CH 13 to CH 7
In August, 1999 I filed Chapter 13. Jan 19, 2000 it was allowed. That same day I lost my job and was unable to make the scheduled payments. Consequently, the BK was dismissed. Can I re-file CH 7 since the first one was dismissed?
