Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
we are renters of a single family home in Mesquite tx. We have found out the home we rent is being foreclosed on in two weeks. We have not been advised of this from our landlords the home owner. Our rent is current and always paid on time. We have 8 months left on our current lease terms. What are our rights?
