Reposession

Hi iam in the begaing of reposession of a house so if it

continues and i file bankruptcy will this be wiped away?

and how long would i have to waite before filing, i already

haved talked and will be filing. also how long will this be on your credit and will i be able to buy any thing eles car

ect?

I think I understand your question. If your mortgage company is starting the process of foreclosing on your house you should consider filing for bankruptcy relief very soon. I'm not sure there would be any reason for you to wait. The bankruptcy filing will appear on your credit report for approximately ten years.
