Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Are retirement funds exempt?
Under Chapter 7 or 13, are retirement funds exempt? I have a modest sum (under $10K) from a former employer that I chose to leave where it was, so that when I reach retirement age, I'd have a small nest egg.
Thanks.
