Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Im not sure which road I should choose, bankruptcy or just let my bills fall behind. because of my circumstance I am unable to meet my debt owed. I've contacted one of my credit card holder-thur Wells Fargo bank and I was advised that at this time they could not help and they would look at it at a later date when I hadn't paid 2-3 months.( I only have one other credit card). I have a primary home which is current in pmt./ins etc. My second home needed alot of repair and because of funds, cannot be repaired. I have had to
let that mortgage go. Probably go into foreclosure. What should I do (beside winning the lotto) Thanks for your time.

It really depends on how much your total debt is excluding the mortgage. I would lean towards filing a bankruptcy because believe it or not it may be the fastest way to get out of your mess and rebuild your credit score. Also I would be concerned about the mortgage on the second home especially if the home is not in Texas. Please feel free to call me or visit our website at www.northtexasdebtfreedom.com
