In texas filed chapter 13, how many years can the courts take your tax return money that you are getting back?

This depends. If you do not owe any back taxes then most likely the tax refunds will come to you. If you were to receive very large refunds the trustee would probably attempt to take some of the refund money and give it to your creditors. It also depends on if you are current on your chapter 13 plan payments and how long you are going to be in a chapter 13 plan (3 to 5 years). www.northtexasdebtfreedom.com
