Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
In Texas if you are holding a promissory note from an individual that files Chapter 13 and you fail to get included; is there any recourse?

You can file a proof of claim with the bankruptcy court.
On the other hand, if he didn't list you, then your debt isn't discharged. After the bankruptcy is over, sue him.
Bear in mind that a Chapter 13 payout can take three years or more, and the statute of limitations on debt is four years.
