Time Frame
I filed BK in 1997 and it was discharged in 1998. How long do I have to wait to file again? and is that time frame from the date of the filing or the date of the discharge?

What type of bankruptcy did you file? If it was a Chapter 7 case, you will not be able to file until at least 2004. If it was a Chapter 13 filing, or you are considering filing a Chapter 13 case, you may do so now.
