Traffic fines under Bankruptcy

Are traffic fines and/or court costs dischargable under Chapter 13? If not, can they be included in the payout schedule?

Traffic Fines are not dischargeable generally under bankruptcy because they are a debt to a government entity. A traffic violation conviction would be treated as either an unsecured priority creditor or as a "special class" priority creditor, depending on where you file your case.
