Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
verbal commitmentto personally guarantee
I have a contract wit a wholy owned company by an individal tell me that he would personally gaurantee the companies responsibilities. I taped this conversation and it is very clear he commitied to doing this. What is the law reguarding this as he refuses to pay.
