Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
1) how long is a non-compete valid?
2) what distance is acceptable?
3) if a branch location, does the non-compete radius apply to all locations or only to the one employed at?

In Texas Non-compete clauses are valid, so long as reasonable. Length, distance, area are all subject to the requirement to be reasonable.
