Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
50/50 Operating Agreements
My assiciate and myself have formed an LLC and are now working on the operating agreement. We are both 50% owners. While our intent is to stay in the honeymoon phase forever, we are realistic and understand that we need some mechanisms in place to ''break the tie'' if necessary. Looking for good examples on this topic.Any assistance would be appreciated.

Re: 50/50 Operating Agreements
Unless you are willing to pay an attorney to draft this agreement, you can google the topic looking for sample contracts.
