Abandoned business, property claim
A car repair business has been abandoned and my car is still on the lot to be repaired. no indication of owner leaving. lot is not locked . do i have a right to go get my car, it needs to be towed. local law enforcement has given me no answers and they know the business is abandoned

If you can enter the lot without opening a gate or some other forced entry, you can repossess your car and have it towed to where you want it. However if there's a closed gate, even if unlocked, you'll need court orders to go upon the property and repossess your car.
