Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Is there an advantage to incorporate in texas as opposed to nevada? we are a small company in texas but people are telling us to incorporate in nevada.

Unless you are planning to sell your shares on the stock market, there is no disadvantage to being a Texas entity if you live in Texas.
