Air travel
Is a non-refundable ticket in the name of a former employee that was recently laid off from that company that paid for the ticket, the property of the person that purchased the ticket, or the property of the person whose name is on the ticket as passenger?

Come on!! think abouut it. Would you want to lose a ticket that you paid for to somebody that didn't pay for it? The ticket belongs to the person that paid for it.
