Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Can an auto body shop refuse to give me my vehicle back after the bill has been paid? The auto body shop lent me a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired. The loaner vehicle was parked and was involved in a hit an run. The body shop wants close to a $1000 for the repairs before they will give me my vehicle back. Is that legal?
