Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Automobile Question
My neice bought a NEW car 2 1/2 months ago, traded in her old car and put $500.oo dollars down and has since made two monthly payments on time. The dealer (manager) caled this morning and wants thier car back because they could not get anyone (bank/credit lender) to finance her loan for the new car because she does not make enough money. Can they do this after two months? Do we have any recourse? They are looking for her used car to give back to her at this time.

Re: Automobile Question
The only way to answer your question is by reviewing the agreement(s)signed by your niece and the dealer when she got the car.
