Background check on contractor's employees
Can a business require that the contractor's employees have a background check at the expense of the contractor pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act?

Based on what you have stated and dependent upon the agreement between the businees and the contractor, the employees may or may not be required to have background checks. You should have a law firm assist you with the contract drafting so as to protect your rights and interests.
