Bill collector
Does a bill collector have the right to contact other people in different states to contact my company.A bill collector called my sons.Is this ok?

Absolutely not, unless your son is on the debt. If they are trying to find you and called him by accident once of twice that may be ok. But a collection agent cannot call your family or your employer. It is a violation of FDCPA and MA law, assuming you are in MA.
