Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
if i bought a brand new car of the lot and months later found out it was hail damaged and alot of parts were replaced, front hood,trunck,two back doors.This was not disclosed in my contract. Am I entitled to return it?

Was the car represented to you as being new? How do you know that the parts are replacement parts?
You may have a cause of action under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
You should first contact the dealer and see what he's willing to do.
