Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
EX boy friend is claiming partnership for my business, he has never fullfilled his commitment to become a partner, such as doing 50/50 of the work. How do I get out of this in the state of texas

As a Franchise Attorney I can only say more facts are needed. Did you ever have a written partnership agreement? If not, it will be up to him to prove there is a valid partnership. For him to attempt this means hiring an attorney and bringing a lawsuit - very expensive these days. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
