Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
A buddy of mine is a YouTube personality. We were considering using his Facebook and YouTube page as a means for companies where we'd post their banner up on the page and create a video for them for a small fee. We are getting an EIN number and will probably be opening a business account. We just want to make sure there is nothing legal we need to know or anything that would stop us from doing this. We want to make sure we are abiding by the law. Thank you.

There are many requirements, not only in opening and forming a business, but, regarding the internet, that need to be considered, before you begin, and which you will need to comply with while doing business.
I would retain a business attorney and ask them these questions. They will need all of your information and your business ideas and they will assist you in forming your company, getting a business plan completed, and they will perform the necessary legal research in order to draft your policies and procedures and contracts to protect you while doing business on the internet, before and way beyond an EIN number.
