Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
buisness contracts
the owner of the buisness I work fo signed a contract with a leasing company for a water cooler. First he eas misled to believe that the contract was for 2 years. When he found out the contract was for 10 years . We have since told the company to come and get the cooller we did not want it any longer and for them to come and get it ,they refused. On the contract it states that it is a ''true lease'' and not a loan or installement sale. So my question is how binding is it or is there anything that could be done to resolve the issue?

Re: buisness contracts
An attorney would need to read the contract to determine your options.
