Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Business aquired by taking
I was given a promissary note for the balance of a business that I sold, that said if he didn't pay, I would possess a piece of expensive equipment that he owned. He didn't pay, and turns out he did not own the piece of equipment that he put up as collateral. What are my options?
