Business Organization
I am acquiring a business which is organized as a soleproprietorship. I have a corporation, How can I create a Limited Partnership to include this business under the same EIN number?

You can form the LP, making the corporate entity the general partner. The LP would then purchase the new business. This is somewhat complex, and may be overkill for what you're doing. You might consider an alternate way of purchasing the business, such as an asset purchase agreement.
