Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
business
My business was taken over by the person that I was buying it from and the building owner. Without ANY notice the locks were changed and they come in and began operating the business. My spouse who is NOT on the loan or business had property she had there that was being used by me and they refused to let her have it! Is it legal for them to ''take over'' the business because I was in arrears?

Not without a court order. You should contact an attorney. You might have a good case.
