Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
For a business plan, what would you estimate the range of costs of legal fees in the state of TX for a B & B/Event facility?

It just depends on all of the legal services you would be seeking. At a minimum you would be forming some type of entity and should consider drafting a waiver of liability. I handle cases like this for $200 an hour and would expect $2500 to $5000 in fees on average (maybe more, maybe less, depending on how involved you want to be with the lawyer).
