I'd check with the Patent & Trademark Office to see if you might be trenching upon someone's tradename.

If that's clean (where there's no possibility that someone would believe that the benefits of the tradenamed entity attach to your entity), then I'd check with the Texas Secretary of State to see if there's a state tradename.

Last, I'd check with your county clerk's assumed name records to see if there's a deceptively similar name.

Mr. Bradie is correct and your name wouldn't cause me to be confused with the other name. If they don't do graphic design, then you will be fine, once you know that no one else has the name. Now that you've put the name out there, get the .com, .net and .org versions ASAP and others if you are really serious about your business because it will be a lot cheaper now then later when you have to take them from someone else.
