Using a client list in advertising
I am creating an ad for my chemical process industry consulting firm. Is it legal to include a small list of our current largest clients? (oil, gas, and chemical companies)

Legal, yes. But it would be more prudent to ask first - far more advisable than annoying them and having them as an ex-client.
