Client received product and doesn't want to pay balance......has already used the product..can I sue for balance

As a Franchise Attorney I must ask why the client doesn't pay the balance owing. You can always sue for the balance, but your client will likely raise a number of defenses. These should be evaluated and factored in to any decision. Also, do you have a written contract, and does it have an attorneys fee clause? Depending on the amount involved, you may be looked at more than simply small claims court. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
