Closing Incorporation
Hi,
Me and my partner started Incorporation in 2005 and both have 50% share on company. I want to close the compnay. Now we are not making any nusiness. But, other partner is not cooperation to close the compnay.
I need advice to close this company. How can I proceed?
We dont have agreements between us.
