Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
use of my comany name by another company
After forming my LLC through the State of Texas, I found another company using the same name on their website. I looked further and found that only two of the three word name of theirs is registered. I have contacted them via email to let them know of the misuse but they have made no effort to change their information. They are in the same line of business as I am so this is a great problem. What can I do other than sending them letters?
