Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Combining Lawsuits
What elements are necessary to combine lawsuits? I am plaintiff in three suits. All related to one individual who through three companies tried to oust me from my investment. One of the suits involve two additional defendants who assisted him in that Company. The other two companies only involved him and I.

Re: Combining Lawsuits
It sounds like these cases could be combined, but it would be a judgment call by the court decided by various consideration all focused on whether the issues involved are similar enough without having factors that should keep the cases separate.
