Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Comissioned Salesmen
Is it legal to offer Commissions on Sales only with no base salary in the states of TX, CO and NY? I know this will need to be spelled out in the hiring process. What about any other states, any different stipulations?
Thank you kindly.

Re: Comissioned Salesmen
It's definitely legal in Texas. Can't, and won't, speak for the other states.
