Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
If a company calls my company and falsely accuse me of doing something. Which makes my company look at me and I get fired or repermanded because they feel like I did something wrong. Am I able to take legal action against the company that accused me of doing something to them when I didn't.

Yes. You have a lawsuit for slander.
