company and distributor problem

I am a distributor with a bread company. I had to have surgery so the company ran my route. I have a new truck that I am using for my route. I have been working out of this truck just fine and signed a paper to allow the company to use my turck if I was off for any reason. They refused to use my truck saying it was not big enough and they were not going to work that hard. The turck is tight with the products on it but I can do it so I feel they could to. They are charging me for a truck they rented that was much larger than they needed for the route. Said it would save them time. They also have not given me some of my paperwork, copies of checks, money orders, and gas receipts that I should get so that I can keep track of where all the money collected is at and how it was spent. They also paid a person to do pull ups out of my money without my approval. I had told the young man that I had pulling up for me not to do anymore until I returned. It was my chose to pay someone if I wanted to have a day off and to pull up one of my main accounts on a daily baiscs to make the store manger happy. The store managers strong suggestion that I pay someone to pull up so he would be happy with the time it was done. can they do this??

Without a written agreement, you would have to prove that the company's conduct is unreasonable. That's difficult. Certainly, you can prove they're using a bigger truck, but how are you going to prove that's not reasonable.?
