Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Company Name and Image rights
A big company states that images of their products and all forms of their name (even a Capital T) remain their property and cannot be used in ads online. Even if a person buys a product and takes a photo of it - It is against the law to post it for sale - also against the law to say I am selling ''T'' brand product. Is this true ? If I am not a company employee - and I want to sell products I have purchased, what is allowed?
