Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
My company is looking into using manufacturers reps as a way to draw business to us. What legal documents besides a non compete are a must have to insure that everything goes smoothly?

Presumably you'll want an independent contractor agreement with these reps, which describes their relationship to your company, their compensation, responsibilities, and your obligations to them, among other items.
