I work for a company that is nortious for overpaying. Then several months later after they do interal audits they '' take the money back'' from the next paycheck that they destribute. Is this legal and if so how long do they have to ''recover'' the overpayment?

Re: company over paid
It's legal. You should know how much should be in your paycheck, and bank the overage because you know they'll come back for it. They have four years within which to recover an overpayment.
