Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Company profit sharing
I worked for a company for 12 years and recently left by my choice, question how long is the grace peroid for complaints as company is giving me run around on fund,i have filled out all paperwork and submitted. One employee 2 years ago quit and took her 17 months to get funds. Another quit and was a cpa and got her funds with last check. Only difference is one is cpa other not. Its been 2 months with nothing.. Thanks

Your employment contract should tell you when the company has to pay you.
