Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
The company that my wife works for has company vehicles. She was hired to do home healthcare over a year ago. Her company (A) was acquired by Company (B) and has a policy that states, in case of an accident she would be investigated, and she made have to use our personal auto insurance to fix their vehicle. Is this legal and can this be done?

There is nothing out of the ordinary with such a requirement. Contracts can be very flexible in that you can put any clause you want into them. As long as it does not violate an existing law or go against public policy and both parties willingly agree to the terms, the contract and its terms are valid.
If you think the other party misrepresented any or all of the terms, your wife signed under duress, or fraud was involved, the clause is likely valid.
I'd be happy to take a look at the contract in question, if you like. Let me know how I can help.
