Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

The company I work for was bought out by another company and 06/25 was to be our first full pay period, I was not paid a check not even cut until 07/09 for me, so I went from 06/11 to 07/09 without a paycheck and was not offered as much as an apology only explanation was a glitch caused the problem but a new training class was paid incorrect and they cut them checks, bought them lunch offered to pay late fees incurred and write letters to whomever advising the company was at fault and the reason everything was delayed. What are my rights
