Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Contacts
Would my company ever have to proove how it came up with and sold a few of a competitors clients? We advertise in magazines and have a website. Another companies manager called me and wanted to know how five of his customers were sold in less then 30 days. We did offer some of there customers better prices and they may have sent back some orders they had placed with them.

Re: Contacts
Unless you are using stolen information, such as your competitor's client lists or competitor's confidential pricing, you shouldn't have any problems.
