Contract cancellation via email
Is considered legal to terminate an agreement by sending an email to the company being terminated. The agreement requires 30-day written notice. So is an email nocsidered written notice?

Only if the contract allows it. To be perfectly safe, and assuming you know their mailing address, the writing should be by certified mail, return receipt requested.
