Which Contract Form do I need to purchase?
Scenario:
My company hires consultant�s right out of colleges and then provide them with necessary job specific training, makes there resume and helps them find a job on a contract basis.
In return my company expects the consultant to either work for my company on a contract basis for a specific period of time OR pay a certain fee for training, intellectual and business knowledge imparted to the consultant incase they wish they work on there own after they have received the training.
Question:
What is the right legal document that I need to purchase which will help me build this contract?

I don't think any such "kit" exists. That's where the skill, talent and experience of a good drafting attorney comes into play. Good Luck.
